What we collect

When you place an order we receive your name, email, shipping address and phone number (if provided) so we can make and ship your order. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your full card details.

If you place a custom order, we store the design files you upload privately, and only use them to make your order.

If you join our newsletter or send us a message, we store your email and the message you send.

Your bag is saved in your own browser so it's still there when you come back; we don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Stripe uses its own cookies on the checkout form to help prevent fraud.

How we use it

• To process, ship and support your orders
• To reply to your messages and custom order requests
• To send our newsletter, if you subscribed (unsubscribe anytime)

Who we share it with

Only the services that help us run the shop, and only what each one needs:

• Stripe: payments, fraud checks and sales tax
• Shippo and the carrier (USPS): your shipping address and order size, to price shipping and print the label
• Resend: sends our order and shipping emails
• Cloudflare: hosts the website and stores orders securely
• Zoho: our email inbox, if you write to us

We never sell your information.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for taxes and accounting. Custom design files and messages are deleted when you ask, or when they're no longer needed.
